Privacy
Darkkle is designed to perform visual transformation locally in the browser.
The extension requests the storage permission and narrow access to the spreadsheet web app plus Google-hosted static stylesheets used by that interface. It does not include a developer-operated analytics service, advertising SDK, account system, or remote executable-code loader.
Darkkle does not intentionally collect or transmit spreadsheet contents. Its page-level rendering hook necessarily runs where the spreadsheet is rendered and may encounter drawn text during normal execution, but the project is not designed to retain or send that content to a developer service.
Settings are stored through browser storage and local page recovery mechanisms. A portable settings export should still be inspected before sharing. Do not post a backup, screenshot, console log, document ID, or spreadsheet link until it has been sanitized.
